교권 침해가 심각합니다

요즘 중 고등학교 수업시간에 수업을 안듣고 잠자는 학생들이 절반이 넘습니다.

성생님들 성회롱은 물론 선생님을 구타까지 하는 세상입니다
이러한 교육환경에서 대한민국 미래가 보입니까?

외고나 과학고 자립형 사립고는 이러한 현상이 줄어들지만 공립교육 기관에는 이러한 현상이 더욱 심하게 진행되고 있습니다.

이러한 현상을 예방하기 위한 교육은 이미 효과가 없다고 생각합니다

선생님에게 교권을 강화시켜 주는 것도 필요하지만 문제를 발생한 학생 처벌에 문제가 있어 이러한 현상이 재발되고 있다고 생각합니다.

학교내 교권침해나 학생간 싸움이나 학사문제가 발생 되면 심의 위원회에서 전학처리 하는 것이 강한 징계 이지만 그학생이 다른 학교에 가면 그렇게 또 안하겠습니까?

그래서 학교내에서도 군대의 군기교육대 처럼 학교내 체육선생이나 사감선생 등 3ㅡ4명의 훈육선생을 정하여 학사교육대를 만들어 문제학생 학교 심의위원회의 결정으로 1차 교육대에 가서 운동장 3ㅡ5ㅡ10박퀴 돈다거나.반성문 10ㅡ30장 쓰거나 하는 등 훈육체벌을 시키고 이러한 학사교육대에서 채벌도 변하는 것이 없으면 전학처리나 퇴학처리하는 제도를 만들필요가 있을 것 같습니다
