북한 통일을 위하여

제가 북한 금강산관광을 우리나라 최초로 안을 만들어 현대 금강개발에 주었지만 현대는 금강산관광을 터무니 없이 세계에서 제일 비싸고 높은 금액의 입장료로 합의하며 현대 건설이 어려워지게된 원인이 되었던 것 같습니다
관광은 관광을 가는 한국 사람이 돈을 내는 것이지 현지인이 돈을 한국에 주는 것이 아닙니다
그렇기 때문에 관광은 순수한 있는 상태로 보는 것인데 당시 현대와 정부는 북한의 금강산 관광에 그렇게 많은 돈을 쏫아부을 필요가 전혀 없었습니다
그리고 개성공단 같이 현지에 공장을 많이 차려 싼 인건비로 제품을 만들어 수출하는 것을 북한내에 만든다는 발상이 잘못된 것이고 필요했다면 한국내 38선 근처의 싼땅에 공장부지를 만들어 북한사람을 불러다 싼 인건비로 제품을 만들며 가동의 주권을 우리가 가지고 운영하다가
만약에 중단되면 인건비 차이는 있지만 동남아인으로 대처가 가능하게 했더라면 지금같이 공장중단 사태는 없었을 것입니다.
북한은 요즘 돈맛을 보며 벌은 돈으로 핵개발을 추진하는데 그 핵기술은 북한 순수기술이 아니고 일본의 한인 교포 유학생들이 북한쪽으로 첨단 기술을 가지고 가서 연구하며 핵기술을 개발하는 것으로 알고 있습니다
이러한 핵개발은 일본내부에서도 적극적으로 차단할 필요가 있습니다
6.25이후 60여년을 북한은 북한 공산주의 스타일로 교육이 이루어 졌고 한국은 민주주의 스타일 교육이 이루어져 이렇게 깊은 골을 극복하는 것은 정부차원에서 시작하는 것 보다 민간 차원에서 단계별로 교류가 진행되며 통일을 기대해 보아야 한다고 생각합니다
그리고 북한은 핵개발과 미사일 개발을 중단하고 중국이나 베트남을 본받아 개방의 물결을 타면 더 잘살 수 있지만 지금같이 폐쇄적으로 나라를 운영하면 구소련 처럼 국민 개인소득 년간 1천 달러를 넘을수가 없으니 공산당원 50만명만 배불르게 먹고 2천만 주민들은 거지로 살다 죽어갑니다
이러한 객관적인 내용은 기업을 운영해본 대통령 후보라면 빠르게 이해하고 실행 할듯합니다
