"특별검사 조사 결과 발표 후 TV방송을 보니 특별검사가 조사한 내용을 가지고 특별검사 조사 이전에 방송된 TV내용과 비교하며 부분적으로 잘못된 보도 내용에 대한 사과는 안하고 TV뉴스에서 방영된 내용이 특별검사 조사에서 밝혀지지 않았다며 특별검사가 마치 TV방송사의 하수인 처럼 방송을 하고 국회 변호인단 국회의원은 TV방송사에서 나온 특벌검사 발표 보도 내용을 헌법 재판소에 심부름 하는 것 처럼 제출하는 모습을 보니 만약 헌법재판소에서 대통령 탄핵이 "인용" 된다면 TV방송사가 사법부 보다 파워가 쎄질 것 같다"라고 말을 하는 것을 들었습니다

이번 대한민국 헌법재판소 재판 판결에서 만약 "인용"이 되어 박근혜 대통령이 탄핵이 된다면 대한민국 헌법재판소는 TV방송사에 사법권과 입법권을 넘기는 것과 같은 판결이라고 생각합니다
이유는
박근혜 대통령 탄핵 과정이 TV방송에서 나온 내용을 믿은 국민들의 촛불집회가 시작되었고 촛불집회를 보고 놀란 국회의원들이 대통령 조사도 안하고 탄핵을 시켰습니다
이렇게 된다면 앞으로 TV언론에서 나온 내용이 무조건 진실이 되고 TV언론사는 TV방송으로 대통령을 탄핵 시킬 정도로 막강한 법의 권한을 손에 넣게 되는 것과 같은 모습이니까
대한민국 헌법재판소의 "인용"판결 결과가 TV방송사에 사법권과 입법권을 간접적으로 주는 판결이고 국회의원은 있으나마나 같은 존재로 이미지 실추가 만들어지는 판결과 같다고 생각합니다
