내가 진실로 진 실로 너희에게 이르노니 한 알의 밀이 땅에 떨어져 죽지

아니하면 한 알 그대로 있고 죽으면 많은 열매를 맺느니라.(요한복음12:24)

자기 생명을 사랑하는 자는 잃어버릴 것이요 이 세상에서 자기 생명을 미워하는 자는 영생하도록 보존(保存)하리라.(:25)

사람이 나를 섬기려면 나를 따르라 나 있는 곳에 나를 섬기는 자도 거기 있으리니 사람이 나를 섬기면 내 아버지께서 저를 귀히 여기시리라.(:26)

저희는 내가 성전에서 아무와 변론 하는 것이나 회당 과 또는 성중에서

무리를 소동(騷動)케 하는 것을 보지 못하였으니(사도행전24:12)[이제

나를 송사 하는 모든 일에 대하여 저희가 능히 당신 앞에 내 세울 것이

또 너희에게 이르노니 동서(東西)로부터 많은 사람이 이르러 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱과 함께 천국에 앉으려니와(마태복음8:11)[나라의 본 자손 들은 바깥 어두운데 쫓겨나 거기서 울며 이를 갊이 있으리라.:12]

바리새인들이 보고 그 제자들에게 이르되 어찌 하여 너희 선생은 세리와 죄인들과 함께

잡수시느냐.(마태복음9:11)[예수께서 들으시고 이르시되 건강한 자에게는 의원이 쓸데없고 병든 자 에게라야 쓸데 있느니라.:12]

Jn 12:24 I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

Jn 12:25 The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
