농지법 때문에 피하기 커

종중땅 중에 논 .밭은 종중 소유로 이전을 할수가 없어 종중의 종손이나 기타 종중 대표 사람으로 소유권을 해놓고 있다가 소유자의 사업에 실패로 종중땅이 날라 간다거나 소유자가 나이가 많고 영세민이지만 종중땅 소유로 인하여 영세민 대우를 못 받으며 힘들게 사는 경우가 많이 있습니다.

이러한 현상은 논.밭은 법인 소유나 종중 소유를 못하고 개인 소유뿐이 못하게 농지취득시 농지취득자격심사 할때 통제를 하여서 그렇습니다

농지취득을 개인이나 개인 사업자 종중법인 일반법인도 소유를 할 수 있게 해주어야 합니다

임야나 산의 소유는 나이제한 없고 회사법인이나 종중법인 개인 누구나 소유가 가능하지만 논 밭은 개인 뿐이 소유를 못하게 막아놓은 농지법을 문재인 정부는 바꾸어야 합리적인 지역개발이 되고 국민들 불편을 없앨 수 있다고 생각합니다
