사고 낚시 배를 구조해 보니

31사 96년대 3대대11중대 당시 군번 84281621 하사로 법성만 해안 초소에서 880개의 배를 통제하며 낚시배등 사고배를 구조해 보았습니다.

오늘같은 사고가 해뜨기 전에 발생 했으면 첫째로 배의 출항시간과 승선인원 조작은 없었나 조사를 해보아야 합니다

두번째는 출입통제 구역으로 낚시배가 진입했나 확인이 필요합니다.

세번째 사고 발생 후 구조 경비정이 정시간에 도착했나 조사해 보아야 합니다

제가 바닷가 낚시배나 조업배들 사고시 경비정에 무전 연락을 하면 경비정이 1시간 이내에 도착한적이 없었습니다.
그래서 당시 저는 이러한 사고가 발생되면 주변 마을 이장들 배를 출항시켜 구조를 한적이 종종 있었습니다.
